However, Croatian outlet 24sata has reported that Luka Modric has rejected Al-Nassr’s contract offer that would have seen him earn a staggering €40m-a-season.

The Croatian outlet adds that Luka Modric hopes to stay at Real Madrid beyond the end of his current deal and that he wants to end his career at the Spanish club.

Luka Modric has featured in 23 games across all competitions for Real Madrid so far in the 22/23 season. The veteran midfielder has also racked up five goals and two assists for Los Blancos in the current campaign.
