Pep Guardiola: Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has provided an update on star midfielder Kevin de Bruyne ahead of their Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.

Kevin de Bruyne missed the Manchester City training on Tuesday. It was unclear why the Belgian midfielder missed the training or whether he would be a doubt for Manchester City’s Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur.

The Belgian midfielder was part of the Manchester City side that slumped to a 2-1 defeat to Manchester United in the Premier League last week. Kevin de Bruyne started and featured throughout for Manchester City in the game against Manchester United.

The 31-year-old also provided the assist for Jack Grealish’s goal in the game on the hour mark, sending a cross from the byline which his Manchester City teammate headed in.
