Real Madrid Could Offload Five Players This January Transfer Window

Carlo Ancelloti confirmed that Real Madrid are not looking to sign any new players in this January transfer window. However, they could be open to offers for five players. According to AS, Los Blancos are open to offers for Alvaro Odriozola, Dani Ceballos, Marco Asensio, Eden Hazard, and Mariano Diaz.

Ancelloti would want some of them to continue this summer. However, if an offer comes along these players will be allowed to leave. It would also depend upon the offer as well, whether Real Madrid are convinced to sell these players or not.

Although some players’ departures will have little impact on the current season. But presently, Los Blancos don’t have a lot of squad depth. They could be a few injuries away from crises. Thus any move would depend upon a few permutations and combinations.

Currently, Real Madrid are fighting on three fronts. They are second in La Liga. But they are tied on 38 points with Barcelona. Their Copa Del Rey’s ambitions are still alive. They are in Round 32 of the competition. While in the Champions League, they will face Liverpool.
