Inter Milan was able to sign a player from Tottenham Hotspur during the January transfer window. However, the former Tottenham Hotspur player was unable to create magic since moving towards the Italian club.
It has only been a season with Inter Milan yet there is no such breakout in the first team that the former Tottenham player was able to make. Also, it seems that Christian Eriksen is already out of favor under Antonio Conte. The Italian manager has placed Eriksen under the category of fringe players. Where the 28-year-old could only make 3 appearances for the present season with just one goal under his name.
The Italian side tied him up with a four-year contract that would end up in 2024. The attacking midfielder left the North London club Tottenham Hotspur after he expressed his desire to leave the club at the end of his contract and accept a new challenge in his career. Inter Milan signed him for a fee of around £16.9m. However, his career at the new club doesn’t seem to be a huge success.
Eriksen on Inter Milan move from Tottenham Hotspur
In March, Eriksen started to have doubts in his mind regarding the move. If he has taken the right decision to join Inter and ditch a move to Real Madrid. Ahead of a January move to Inter. The 28-year-old stated this wasn’t something he dreamed of. Every player wants to play as much as possible. But the ultimate decision is given by the coach. He is the one who decides who gets to go on the pitch.

The Danish midfielder further talked about the weird situation where fans want to see him play and he wants the same. Yet he said that the coach takes the decision and as a player, he has to respect that.
At a moment, Eriksen believes things aren’t going well for Inter. But his only focus is on football and on the transfer window in case something happens or not. These comments have initiated speculation for another move. It has not only given a hint for a transfer but has also alarmed other top European clubs.
There were reports that Tottenham Hotspur wants to resign their star in the summer transfer window after Inter Milan decided to let him go in just half a campaign. However, later it was suggested that any move for Eriksen was ruled out by the Italian side himself.
Even though Eriksen is struggling for regular game time. But the Danish midfielder remains a creative and unquestionably talented player who is able to transform the teams. Moreover, his availability must be sharply monitored by the North London rivals Arsenal. Not only it would awake the inevitable controversy. But also there is so much that Christian Eriksen would bring to Arsenal.
Arsenal Creativity Issue

Arsenal could barely manage to create enough chances this term. The Gunners could only bag nine goals in eight Premier League games. The 3-0 tragic defeat from Aston Villa has further gathered criticism for the manager and the team.
The new midfield signing Thomas Partry has indeed brought a lot of strength but there is lacking creativity. Other midfielders including Mohamed Elneny, Granit Xhaka, and Dani Ceballos are all effective. Joe Willock has been promising in his Europa League outings. None of these players play naturally as the Number 10.
Arsenal needs an attacking player who is able to pick the lock. Can efficiently collect the ball in pockets of space and is ae to slip a pass-through to the attacking players. Arsenal needs an attacking midfielder like Christian Eriksen who is ethereal and if available at a cheap price there is no other better option for Arsenal.
A move to Emirates would be a controversial and an ideal one for both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. The former Ajax man has already invited the host of clubs to sign him in the upcoming transfer window. With Paris Saint Germain been linked with a move for Eriksen.
