Get ready to see biggest shots in the biggest cricket ground!

In a land where every one or other cricket player is known ever enthusiastic and aggressive in creating records,be it Rohit  Sharma scoring highest ever in the ODIs,or Tendulkar hitting the greatest number of centuries and half centuries,or Dhoni as captain giving the largest number of sixes ,or Ganguly  bagging the most number of consecutive Man of the Match awards,or Sachin again the highest number of the same honour,how could we lag behind in the cricket ground that shelters the game?

The Eden Garden Stadium has already been there in the place to host international matches and to accommodate spectators in figures as large as ninety thousand.But we need a world record!And we are soon gonna have the largest cricket stadium on earth.The list has till now been led by the Melbourne cricket Ground in Australia.It is remarkable that both of the grounds host association football matches too.

In Motera area of  Ahmedabad, Gujarat Cricket Association is set to start the 700 crore project to construct a stadium which can hold a lakh and ten thousand spectators by substituting the much demolished Sardar Patel stadium. It needs mention that we have already an appreciable number of cricket stadiums-Jawahar Lal Nehru, Rajiv Gandhi International, Wankhede stadium, Feroz Shah Kotla and so on.

One of the innovative and plausible features of this cricket ground is the number of entrances.Owing to the huge number of seats it will possess, one entrance is less than what is proper.So we will have three.Not only this, an Olympic-size swimming pool will also be built along with four dressing rooms and 76 corporate boxes.

So let’s look forward to the ground to be completed and we relishing an ODI with players giving all thrilling and extraordinary shots and records!
