Brie Bella was recently a guest on Lillian Garcia’s podcast “Chasing Glory”, where she gave a positive update on her husband’s in-ring status.
Brie Bella revealed that Bryan has received clearance from 8 doctors, who feel that Bryan is capable of returning to in-ring competition.
Brie further stated that they are yet to receive a final word from the WWE Doctors, whose decision will play a factor in Bryan returning back to wrestling.

“It’s been eight doctors who’ve been like, you can wrestle! They don’t see what the issue is. He’s just waiting for the WWE doctors. Other than that, Bryan’s brain looks amazing. He’s been very dedicated to his health”
Daniel Bryan, currently reprising the role of SmackDown’s general manager has had a topsy-turvy run with the WWE so far. He was initially fired from the company for choking announcer Justin Roberts during the infamous NXT Invasion angle.
After his recall, the WWE Universe embraced him in unreal fashion as he turned from a nobody to one of the most loved characters. He proceeded to win the unified WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 30 much to the delight of the fans.

His career has constantly been marred by injuries which have led to long-term consequences. The repeated concussions forced Bryan to retire from wrestling in 2016.

The idea of Bryan returning back to the ring is a dream come true for several fans, his technical ability, the prospect of some dream matches are some of the few factors which will get the fans on the edge of their seats. A lot of tension has been shown between The Miz and Daniel Bryan during their segments on SmackDown, this could lead to a prospective match down the line if Bryan is cleared to return. The Miz also revealed recently that he would love to “beat up” Daniel Bryan if he gets the chance.
