IPL 2021: Ishan Kishan has been in terrible form in the ongoing season of the IPL. The young southpaw struggled to essay runs with the bat. He got out cheaply more often than not this season in the Gulf nation.
Immensely devastated by his poor form, he almost shed his tears after the game against RCB. In fact, he has already been selected in India’s squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2021.
When he was upset, RCB captain Virat Kohli went up to him and consoled him. The video clip of the same went viral on the internet. Even the fans took to Twitter and consoled Ishan Kishan and wished him to get better.
The 23-year-old looked like a different player altogether in the last game. The young man rose from the ashes and scored a fifty in the just-concluded game against Rajasthan Royals.
He flamboyantly took the attack to the cleaners and was seen striking the balls with brute force at 200.00. In the process, he scored 50 off 25 balls during the run-chase. He smashed 5 fours and 3 maximums.
Earlier, Mumbai Indians restricted Rajasthan Royals to 90/9 in 20 overs. The defending champions comfortably won the game by 8 wickets. Nathan Coulter-Nile was named the Man of the Match for his 4/14.

Indian fans are also happy that Ishan Kishan returned to good form after a long time. Meanwhile, Kishan’s rumoured girlfriend Aditi Hundia hogged the limelight on Instagram with a story.
She posted a selfie on her Instagram story along with the caption that reads: “God’s delays are not God’s denials.” Apart from that, she also added a blue heart emoji.

The young man also went on to reveal how he got his great deal of confidence back. The youngster had opened up after the game against the RR that chatting with senior players helped him regain his form.
Ishan Kishan said chatting with Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya was the turning point. “I feel ups and downs are a big part of any sportsman. I was also not in good shape. Most of our batters were not getting runs like in previous seasons.”
“We had great support staff. Our captain [Rohit Sharma] too. In fact, I chatted with Virat bhai and Hardik Bhai, and everyone was there to support me,” he said at the post-match presentation.
