He scored 271 runs with the personal best score of 78. Recently he took to Twitter and posted a tweet adding that he is retiring from IPL and wants to thank MI and CSK. However, he deleted the tweet later.
“I am happy to announce that this will be my last IPL. I have had a wonderful time playing it and being a part of 2 great teams for 13 years. Would love to sincerely thank Mumbai Indians and CSK for the wonderful journey,” Rayudu tweet earlier.
On the other hand, Kieron Pollard ran through a disastrous season as an all-rounder for Mumbai Indians. He failed to deliver the goods with the bat and ball. Reports say that he might quit the IPL after this season.
Dwayne Bravo who has been one of the pillars of CSK is also expected to retire from the IPL, the report added. Just like Kieron Pollard, Dwayne Bravo retired from international cricket.
