IPL 2022 LIVE: Royal Challengers Bangalore locked horns with Gujarat Titans in the in the 67th game of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League.

Talking about the game, Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and elected to bat first. The newly-inducted franchise posted 168 for the loss of 5 wickets in their quota of 20 overs.
Hardik Pandya top-scored with an unbeaten 62 off 47 balls. He decorated his innings with the help of 4 fours and 3 hits over the fence at a strike rate of 131.91.

Meanwhile, during RCB’s innings, an incident took everyone by surprise. During the fourth ball of the 15th over, Rashid Khan bowled a sensational delivery to Glenn Maxwell.
The Australian all-rounder tried to go for a big shot but ended up missing it completely As it turned out, the ball went on to hit the leg stump but failed to dislodge.

As per the rules and regulations, the bail should dislodge and fall on the ground in order to consider it as a “legal dismissal” in the sport but Maxwell survived.
He went on to score 40 off 18 balls including 5 fours and 2 sixes. Virat Kohli top-scored with 74 off 54 balls with the help of 8 boundaries and 2 hits over the fence.
