Jofra Archer nutmegs his captain Morgan
A nutmeg is seen as a crazy skill, especially in football. The main aim is to kick or push the ball between an opponent’s legs. Nutmegs usually don’t happen in cricket but Jofra Archer showed off his skills at The Emirates Old Trafford.
After bowling a maiden wicket over, Jofra Archer cheekily nutmegged his captain Eoin Morgan. It was indeed the best moment of the match. Archer was at his absolute best with the nifty footwork after Australia’s Alex Carey defended the ball.
The fast bowler posted the video on his Twitter handle and tagged Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford. He posted the video along with the caption. “Best part of the night for me… close em skip, what you recon @MarcusRashford?” read the caption.
Rashford, who is an important part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s plans, was impressed with Jofra Archer’s skill. “My brother so great to see you happy doing what you’re doing. And you’re DOING it,” Rashford wrote.
