Jofra Archer seemed to be in a fun mood as he discloses his favorite Hindi word


England cricketers – Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer have performed incredibly well in the ongoing thirteenth edition of the Indian Premier League. The England duo is plying their trade for the Rajasthan Royals franchise.

Jofra Archer has been making the headlines for his old tweets. Every now and then, his tweets are accurately predicting the future of cricket events. On the work front, he has accounted for 19 dismissals from 13 games.

Talking about Ben Stokes, he has scored 267 runs from 7 matches at an impeccable average of 44.70. He scored a magnificent 107* against Mumbai Indians. Besides his runs, he has taken two wickets to his name.

Both the cricketers were involved in hilarious banter recently. The video of the England duo having a light banter is going viral. Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer have certainly put on a great show off the cricket field.

During an interaction, Ben Stokes asks his teammate Jofra Archer about his favorite Hindi word. Stokes asks Archer: “What is your favorite Hindi word?” before actually saying, “Not sure you can say that.”

This comment by England all-rounder left Barbados-born pacer in stitches. “Yeah, No I can’t, I can’t,” Jofra Archer said. The pacer went on to disclose that ‘jaldi’ can be regarded as his favorite Hindi word. Translating the word in England, jaldi means ‘quickly’.

Jofra Archer took a dig at the all-rounder adding that ‘Ben Stokes’ is his favorite Hindi word also. “You can say Ben Stokes as well,” Jofra Archer told Ben Stokes. To this, the England all-rounder replied, “My name has been turned into a Hindi word”.

England and RR fast bowler Jofra Archer cited the Hindi cuss word which was made popular by India and Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli. The offensive word sounds quite similar to that of ‘Ben Stokes’.

Rajasthan Royals are still alive in the competition. They have won games when it mattered the most. Earlier, Rajasthan Royals official Twitter handle cheered for MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings against Kolkata Knight Riders. CSK who are already out of the race for this playoffs might have done a huge favor for Rajasthan Royals. After CSK won the match against KKR, RR official Twitter handle thanked the yellow army and Ravindra Jadeja.

Rajasthan Royals are fifth in the IPL 2020 points table with six victories and seven defeats in this season. The Royals were in all sorts of trouble after losing to Sunrisers Hyderabad at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

The Royals made a strong statement in their campaign by registering back-to-back victories. Steve Smith-led Rajasthan Royals defeated Mumbai Indians by eight wickets at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

After that, they got the better of Kings XI Punjab in the recently-concluded match at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium. Rajasthan Royals were so in the run-chase as they beat KL Rahul’s side by 7 wickets in Abu Dhabi. Rajasthan Royals played 13 games and secured as many as 12 points at an NRR -0.377. They will lock horns with Kolkata Knight Riders tomorrow in a must-win encounter at Dubai International Stadium in Dubai.
