La Liga President Javier Tebas wants Ronaldo and Klopp

La Liga has been one of the best leagues in world football with the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid leading charge. Both teams have plenty of star names to show off but other teams lack big names.

English Premier League is a little ahead to attract big names, both players and managers. English top division is also way ahead of every other league in the world in terms of money involved.

But Tebas also suggested that having a big name in the league is not essential. He stated this over Neymar’s departure from La Liga in 2017 for a world-record fee.

“We always want the best,”

“I want [Lionel] Messi in La Liga. Just as I want Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp, Cristiano [ Ronaldo ]… all of those would help us grow.”
