Liverpool must try to bring the Real Madrid-owned winger to Anfield and forget about signing Nabil Fekir from Lyon.

It could be argued that Jürgen Klopp needs to make just one more, however, if he is to guide his side to the Premier League title and the Champions League anytime soon. With this in mind, reported Reds target James Rodriguez would put the icing on the cake for the Merseyside outfit.
The Frenchman was as close to becoming a Liverpool player as you can possibly be without actually being a Liverpool player. He had completed a medical and he had even conducted an interview with LFCTV; the club’s in-house TV channel.
It’s completely understandable why fans and Fekir were heartbroken when it emerged that the deal had fallen through at the last minute. So to see him at Lyon this season has seemed a bit unnatural and yet, it really does seem as though Jurgen Klopp has no intention of returning for the Frenchman regardless of how highly he might rate him.

He would be a sensational signing for Liverpool, and if they can nab him for the reported fee of just £44.9 million, it really would have to be considered as an incredible bargain for them. Klopp’s team can surely reach the next level with this playmaker.
