Man United fans convinced this Serie A player will join them after player drops hint!

Paul Pogba’s pal could be on his way to Old Trafford this summer – at least that’s what Manchester United fans seem to be thinking

It seems things have quickly changed for Manchester United. What started as a dreadful season it seems to be changing since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s take over. Ole has passed his tough test as Manchester United defeat Tottenham by 1-0. With six wins out of six, it seems United could finish in top 4. It seems recent comment of this player has convinced United fans that he might join Old Trafford next summer.

Manchester United fans are convinced Paulo Dybala could link up with Paul Pogba at Old Trafford. The talented duo played together at Juventus before Pogba departed Serie A in an £89m move in the summer of 2016 to seal his Manchester United return.  The Frenchman has found form and is playing with confidence following Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s appointment before Christmas. The 25-year-old remains linked with a return to Juventus.

Dybala was recently asked about rumours of linking back up with Pogba. He said, “I’d always like to play with someone of his level. Everyone would like to have a player with the qualities of Pogba in their team, but whatever decision he makes, I will always wish him the best.”

Dybala further said, “As for myself, I have changed my style of play recently and learned so much by working with great champions. It’s quite a mature and experienced squad in Turin. But that really helps a young player like me, because you learn and absorb their mentality.”

United fans took the comments as Dybala, who has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in the past, as a sign he wants to join up with Pogba in the Premier League. “Dybala will be joining Pogba at Utd next season. Looking forward to this imo,” tweeted one excited fan. “Come to United. Honest confession: I love #Dybala. It’s one of those dreams to see him play for us,” another one tweeted.

Another one tweeted saying  executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to pursue the Argentine midfielder. “Ed snatch Dybala”, they said.

Author’s Take:

It would be a dream move for every Manchester United fan to see Dybala at Old Trafford. However, given their lot of attacking options in front, a move for Dybala wouldn’t be the first priority. Dybala is under contract with Juve until 2022. The Red Devils would have to pay a hefty fee to lure Dybala.
