Manchester City News: October’s Clash Between Arsenal and Manchester City Is Postponed

Manchester City News: Manchester City‘s away game against Arsenal has been postponed after an extensive discussion with UEFA.

Arsenal was going to face English Premier League Champions Manchester City on the scheduled date of 19th October. But the game has now been postponed.

The recent death of the former British Queen Elizabeth II has caused a major blow to the upcoming Premier League fixtures. So previously scheduled Europa League game between Arsenal and PSV, was to be played on Thursday, September 15th.

But UEFA is forced to postpone the match because of a lack of police in London, as the UK is still now dealing with the death of the Queen. As UEFA confirmed the lack of security in their post: “this is due to the severe limitations on police resources and organisational issues related to the ongoing events surrounding the national mourning for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II”.
