Martinez has established himself among the best attackers in Europe since joining the Milan outfit from Racing Club in 2018. He has made 194 appearances in all competitions for the Nerazzurri so far, registering 78 goals and 26 assists.
The Argentina international has helped the Milan outfit win one Serie A title, one Supercoppa Italiana, and one Copa Italia. He was nominated for the Ballon d’Or in 2021 and was included in the UEFA Europa League Team of the Season 2019-20.

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport (via Sportskeeda), Manchester United and Real Madrid have asked Inter Milan regarding the availability of Lautaro Martinez.
Erik ten Hag is looking to sign a new attacker to replace Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portugal international was linked heavily with a move away from Old Trafford during the summer window. But his exit failed to materialise.
As per reports, Ronaldo will double his efforts to leave the Manchester outfit after the FIFA World Cup. They need to sign his replacement going forward. Martinez, in that regard, could be an excellent option for the Premier League giants.
However, the Argentina international signed a new contract with Inter last year, which will run until 2026. The Italian club is likely to demand a hefty transfer to sell him.
Apart from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid have also linked with Martinez in recent weeks.
Valued at €75 million by TransferMarkt, Lautaro Martinez is a versatile footballer who is comfortable playing anywhere across the forward line. His key strengths are his pace, dribbling, and passing skills, coupled with his finishing.
