Arsenal has been linked with some interesting players in this transfer window. The Gunners have a limited budget though but that won’t stop them from planning for the summer.

Arsenal have been sensationally linked with a move for Leicester star James Maddison in the summer. They are setting a potential transfer battle with Man United. United are believed to be interested in Maddison however Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is yet to make a formal move for the former Norwich star.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is also keen to strengthen his side having taken over at the Emirates last month.

Maddison being an 80m pounds target for United, but reports claimed Arteta has shown an interest in signing him too.

Reports revealed Arteta wants to battle United for the signing of Maddison during the summer.

Maddison has been linked with a big-money move to Manchester United but Red Devils have a major competitor for his signature now. It’s claimed that Maddison will cost either club over £90million with a potential battle possibly raising that price considerably.

Arsenal has struggled with creativity this season and the formerly influential Mesut Ozil is looking like a shadow of himself.

Maddison is one of the best-attacking midfielders in the premier league and the midfielder will perfectly fit into Arteta’s Squad.

Maddison is a great and the best signing at £80 Million, there are many other cheap players available who can make it happen.

That could be in the summer but recent reports have suggested Arteta wants to be busy during January.
