Gresini Racing, the Italian MotoGP team, is set to unveil their 2023 livery and rider equipment on Saturday in a live presentation on social media.
The team, which finished 12th in the MotoGP Constructors’ standings in the 2022 season, will present the livery of their Desmosedici GP22, as well as the equipment of riders Alex Marquez and Fabio Di Giannantonio.
The presentation, which will take place at 11:10 am (CET) in Italy, will also feature the team’s Moto2 and MotoE riders.
Gresini Racing is set to field Filip Salac and Jeremy Alcoba in the Moto2 class, while Matteo Ferrari and Alessio Finello will represent the team in the MotoE class.
The Team’s Comeback

The team will be looking to make a strong comeback in the 2023 season, following a challenging 2022 campaign. Alex Marquez, who joined Gresini Racing from the Repsol Honda team, will be looking to build on his experience in the premier class and challenge for podium finishes.
The younger brother of five-time MotoGP World Champion Marc Marquez, Alex finished the 2022 season with a best result of fourth place in the French Grand Prix.
Fabio Di Giannantonio, on the other hand, will be competing in his second MotoGP season and will be looking to improve on his rookie campaign.
The Italian rider, who finished 14th in the 2022 MotoGP standings, will be looking to make a breakthrough and secure his first podium finish in the premier class.
Strong Impression
In the Moto2 class, Filip Salac and Jeremy Alcoba will be looking to make a strong impression in the intermediate class. Salac, who finished the 2022 season in 15th place, will be looking to build on his experience and secure his first podium finish in the class. Meanwhile, Alcoba will be making his Moto2 debut, having competed in the Moto3 class in the past.
The team will also be present in the MotoE class, with Matteo Ferrari and Alessio Finello set to compete on the all-electric Energica Ego Corsa. Ferrari, who finished 13th in the MotoE standings in 2022, will be looking to build on his experience and challenge for podium finishes in the 2023 season.
On the other hand, Finello will be making his MotoE debut and will be looking to make a strong impression in the class.
