Napoli Transfer News: Napoli Director Denies Ronaldo Move

Napoli Transfer News: Napoli director Giuntoli has revealed that the club was never in negotiations to sign Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo joined Manchester United last year. Ronaldo then went on to net 18 goals in the English Premier League. The Portuguese International was arguably United’s best player.

However, even after Ronaldo’s consistency, the Red Devils were far from a consistent team. They failed to secure the top 4 and kept on struggling throughout the season. United brought Dutch manager Erik ten Hag to lead their team and bring them some well-awaited glory.

Since Ten Hag’s arrival, the Dutch manager has taken some tough decisions. One of them is keeping Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench which made the relationship between United and Ronaldo sour. Things got so worse that Ronaldo reportedly wanted a move out of the club.
