After blowing out the Chicago Bulls 119-95 in Game 4. The Milwaukee Bucks are now one win away from progressing to the second round of the playoffs. The Bucks are now up 3-1 in the series, with a chance to wrap things up at home on Wednesday.
The Bulls came out of the gate stronger in Game 4 than they had been in the previous game. It was fueled by the fervor of the United Center’s supporters. Milwaukee, on the other hand, never gave up the lead from start to finish. Also, they went into halftime with a double-digit lead.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 32 points in the victory. Meanwhile, Grayson Allen came off the bench to score 27 points for the second game in a row.

On the other hand, Zach LaVine scored 24 points for the Bulls, who also received 23 points from DeMar DeRozan and another 20 points from Patrick Williams. But that wasn’t nearly enough, as the Bucks breezed through the game and strolled to another victory.

Allen scorched the Bulls once more with a 27-point outburst after scoring 22 points in Game 3. Who’d have guessed that after All-Star forward Khris Middleton was injured in Game 2, Allen would be the one to fill in for him?
The most bizarre part is that he’s been doing all of this damage for the Bucks while sitting on the bench. Following Milwaukee’s Game 3 victory, head coach Mike Budenholzer lauded Allen’s underappreciated ability to attack closeouts and go to the rim.
While the majority of Allen’s shots came from beyond the arc, he took advantage of the Bulls’ defensive pressure on Giannis and went to the hoop almost anytime he wanted.
Aside from Allen’s offense, the Bucks have benefited greatly from his defense. In the first half, he had three thefts in an attempt to disrupt Chicago’s offensive.
In the first quarter, he got a clean strip on Bulls player Coby White, which led to an easy basket on the opposite end. Then, in the second quarter, he played outstanding defense on DeRozan. It forced him to surrender the ball.
Allen, who has been booed by Bulls fans every time he touches the ball since a hard foul he committed on Chicago guard Alex Caruso early in the season, has thrived in the hostile atmosphere created by Chicago fans in the last two games.
