NBA News: The win by the Mavs leaves the Suns with a 2-1 lead in this best-of-seven series that resumes Sunday in Phoenix.

They made Chris Paul’s life extremely difficult, as he finished with 12 points, four assists, and seven turnovers.

The Mavericks led by nine points at the end of the first quarter after the Suns had a solid start. For the rest of the game, Phoenix never got closer than seven points. The two teams will now meet in Dallas for Game 4 on Sunday.
