In one corner was a group of youngsters with David De Gea the only veteran. There was then another team of older players with a third comprising everybody in between and a winner-stays-on rule was established. And the Telegraph says that, so competitive did things get bern, United stars actually pleaded with Solskjaer to let them carry on after the session was wrapped up. Manchester United players enjoyed training so much they begged Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to play on. The youngsters emerged victorious, taking to social media to celebrate their win.
Meanwhile, speaking before the Dubai trip, Solskjaer revealed they were jetting out to improve their fitness.

“We can get fitter and we have to do that through the training sessions here.But Dubai is a good chance because now is the first time we get a week of work together.The ones who have not been in the squad have worked on their fitness.I still have pictures in my mind every January the gaffer with the stopwatch and he times us – all of those runs!That stood us in good stead towards the end of the season.So it is a time to work hard even though we’ve got plenty of games, we need to work.”
