Manchester City were as fierce and unstoppable as they have always been in the previous 20 matches. This time it was Guardiola’s unusual blueprints that give them the win. Pep Guardiola and his team are on a run of 20 consecutive wins.

It has become evident that no one has the potential to distract Manchester City from its task. The league leaders were both clever as well as powerful in their tactics against West Ham and now sits 13 points clear of Manchester United and 22 points above the previous year league Leaders.

Guardiola’s unusual tactic worked wonders for his squad and helped in sealing their 14 Premier League win over West Ham on Saturday. He used the uncommon goalscorers this time by appointing the center halves in the front.

Fourth place West Ham gave a decent match to Manchester City but the host were remorseless as ever. John Stones give away his fourth goal of the season in the first half while Ruben Dias sealed the winner in the second half.

The blooming partnership made by Guardiola give a turnaround to City

Pressing Issue:

West ham would have rejoiced after taking a glance at the Manchester City team sheet. The front three that included Riyad Mahrez, Sergio Aguero, and Ferran Torres were given a responsibility to press.

Even though Manchester City have threatened the life of their opponents in the last couple of months. However, it had Gabriel Jesus, Phil Foden, and Bernardo Silva as they are known for the closing down. But it was against West Ham that Guardiola decided to bench them all.

The Hammers were less clever to understand the strategy and decided to launch counters and take the dominance. Meanwhile, Guardiola responded by assigning Foden and Jesus, to apply the screws.

The nonexisting Kun:

Sergio Aguero has marked his return with the palpable excitement and the energy that returns along. Kun’s return from the injury for the past ten tears is linked with the positive sign for Manchester City.

The Argentinian forward always rake time to adjust and adapt himself so as to get his feet again on the ball. This time it was no different. One was unable to spot him easily amongst the player as he was lacking the magic and the shot that is his mark.

Reminisce of Vincent Kompan:

Kompany was hardly seen breaking the record and making the new ones. But at the end of his career and during his last three title-winning seasons he has given several vital goals. Ruben Dias scored his first-ever goal for the club and hence it will always be a special moment for him. But it was the moment when Dias celebrated his first-ever goal, the passion that was similar to Kompany. Once he was about to burst his one of the blood veins due to the intensity of his sheer happiness.

Is Zichenko the faulty:

West Ham were lauded for their opening goal which originated down his side and longing fingers towards the slacking defense of Oleksandr Zinchenko. But in the opposition half, he was pitch-perfect.

Bruyne is back

Kevin De Bruyne has a difficult game even though he made a wonderful assist. The assist helped him reach the 77 in Premier League and into the top ten for the competition. Bruyne stands just three goals behind Manchester United legend David Beckham. The former England skipper took 95 more games to reach his total of 80.
