‘We have the risk of not finishing fourth’-A shocking admission by a PL manager

With his team at sixth place in the premier league table, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho admits he’s unsure about finishing in top four this season.
Although after a frustrating start of the season, Jose managed to his take his team in a stable position with his unbeaten 10-game run.
“We have the risk of not finishing fourth because the competition is so hard and the top teams have the same ambitions as we have,” Mourinho told Sky Sports. “So I don’t want to say fourth or third or fifth.”

“Let’s see where we finish, I don’t want to say fourth because I think we can do better than fourth.”
But with Arsenal in fourth and four points ahead of United, Mourinho is fearful of going without Champions League for another season
Despite the difficulties in the preliminary stages of his tenure, Mourinho believes his group is working hard to achieve success in the style desired by the United fans.

Manchester United are only 7 points behind Liverpool at second position. Though the fight of finishing in top 4 is pretty neck to neck this season, recent performances of his team suggests he still has a fair shot of finishing in top 4.
“Obviously we need to work and work, improve and improve, but footballing ideas, principles of play, the way we want to defend and attack, is clear,” Mourinho admitted.
