Sarri could not have asked for more as both Higuain and Hazard bagged a brace against Huddersfield in their stunning 5-0 victory.
Ahead of the match, Sarri had been criticised widely for his tactics but gave an answer as his team ruthlessly beat Huddersfield 5-0. However, the coach is well aware that tougher fixtures are awaiting them ahead of the road.
Chelsea face Manchester City on Sunday in their next English Premier League game. Pep Guardiola’s side is trailing by five points to Liverpool and will only look to secure maximum points in their coming matches. They are also slated to face Manchester United in the FA Cup semi-final. Chelsea will have to face Manchester City again though in the Football League Cup final. There is also a clash against Tottenham in the Premier League this month. Talking about this, Sarri admitted it will be very difficult for his side.

He said, “It will be very difficult, but also for our opponents. At the moment we have to be happy with our season because in February we are still involved in four different competitions. We know we have to fight to stay in the top four. Then we have to try to win something. It will be very difficult because in the Carabao Cup we had to play Liverpool and Tottenham, and now Man City, it’s like the Champions League.”
“So here in England everything is very difficult. The championship is very competitive and we know now we need consistency in our performance,” he added.
The coach also asserted that the level of motivation must remain the same against those sides. He said, ” Today they were very motivated but we lost 4-0 in the last match so they had to react. Now we have to understand the level of motivation must be the same in every match.”
