Manchester United’s brilliant performances have been due to the consistency found by their players on the field. Luke Shaw, Edinson Cavani, Scott McTominay, Bailly, Maguire, and others have improved their game at the right time.
Paul Pogba, the 27-year old midfielder has been in terrific form for the last 8 weeks. Solskjaer has played Pogba at different positions in this period. From left-wing, centre-midfield to right-wing, Pogba has been deployed at every spot. This is because the manager already has Bruno Fernandes at the number 10 spot who is indispensable.
Even after playing out of his natural position, Pogba has done exceptionally well all this while. He scored a match-winning goal against Burnley and Fulham each. Thus, helping United to win six points to stay at the top of the table.
Pogba’s contract is set to expire by the end of the next season. Thus, it is quite natural to say that the United board is already thinking about whether to offer him a new contract or cash-in on the player in the upcoming summer window.

Maybe for the first time, Paul Pogba is playing very well on a consistent basis. Before this patch, he was a player who would be a superstar on day 1 and below average on day 2. Pogba failed to find any consistency throughout his career at Old Trafford.
