Indian T20 WC Jersey: The eagerly awaited jersey has arrived. Prior to the T20 World Cup in Australia, MPL Sports, the official shirt sponsor of team India, unveiled the new uniform. The jersey will no longer be navy blue.

Instead, it will have the same light sky-blue hues as before. When the T20 World Cup first began in 2007, India wore a shirt almost similar to that one. The jersey was unveiled on Twitter by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

The jersey’s sleeves are made of dark Royal Blue, while the front is decorated with light Azure Blue tones. During the three-match T20I series against Australia beginning on September 20, Team India will don this jersey for the first time ever.

Additionally, it will put it on during its three-match T20I series against South Africa, which will get underway on September 28. The men’s players included Suryakumar Yadav, star all-rounder Hardik Pandya, and captain Rohit Sharma. Women’s cricket players including Harmanpreet Kaur, the captain, and Renuka Singh were among those in the image.

Team India has six official T20 matches to put up the finest lineup for the T20 World Cup. The majority of games are anticipated to feature Mohammad Shami, Bumrah, and Harshal. However, given that India will travel 8,800 kilometers across 6 matches in 14 days, there is a chance of injury.

There won’t be many choices left for India with just over a month until the T20 World Cup besides including Mohammed Shami. In fact, he will enter the room before Deepak Chahar.

Despite the fact that Deepak Chahar is on the standby list, Shami will have an advantage due to his previous playing time in Australia. Shami has achieved success in Australia as well.

He is the top Indian pacer currently playing in Australia, having taken 53 wickets in 23 matches for a total of 53 wickets. Shami may therefore be essential to India’s T20 World Cup effort.

He also must adhere to the procedure,” said BCCI Officials.
