T20 World Cup 2022: With the end of another edition of T20 World Cup 2021 all teams have now one year before the next world cup 2022 in Australia to prepare themselves. The recent world cup was held in UAE and the major favorites of the league were knocked before the semi-final round.
Sri Lanka and South Africa did play well but had failed to make it to the top four. Where the big favourite like team India was out of the tournament after losing the first two games against New Zealand and Pakistan.
Pakistan had also ended the streak of 29 long years to remain defeated against Men in blue. Under the captaincy of Babar, Azam Pakistan had defeated India by 10 wickets. The big sides like England and Pakistan got knocked out in the semi-final games where the underdogs New Zealand and favorite Australia played the finals.
Surprising that the defending champions West Indies couldn’t enter the semifinals after having high expectations before the start of the tournament. Coach remains the vital part of the team in the success while at the failure he is equally responsible for the lapse in the strategies and planning execution. Before the next edition, four teams will be having new coaches with the team to enter the edition of World Cup 2022.

1. India – Rahul Dravid
After the disastrous end of the tournament team, India will see a new coach in the T20 World Cup 2022 in the form of Rahul Dravid. After the Ravi Shastri exit, many names were in the headlines for the coach profile but Rahul Dravid has been appointed as the head coach with the New Zealand ongoing series.
In the major tournament, team India had managed to win 2 games out of the 5 games and was knocked out due to a bad net run rate. Ravi Shastri as a head coach was the average person for the team who had failed to convert the team success on occasions.

At once, the Sri Lanka cricket team was one of the toughest sides to beat in test cricket but today times they are nowhere in the race and struggling at the bottom of the tally of the team’s ranking.
With the recent reports, the batting consultant of the Sri Lanka team Mahela Jayawardene will be the head coach in the coming times due to his success for franchises like Mumbai Indians. The Sri Lanka cricket team was knocked out of the tournament in the super eight round to end their campaign.
