Tottenham Hotspur News: As per the Mirror, The Spurs could be looking to sell three players in the summer transfer window. Daniel Levy has planned to do this in order to provide enough funds for Antonio Conte.
The first player on the Spurs’ list is Giovanni Lo Celso. The versatile midfielder was loaned out to Villarreal in January and he has since impressed with the Spanish club. He even helped the Yellow Submarine to reach the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
However, it is not known if Villarreal will buy Giovanni Lo Celso in the summer. Hence, Daniel Levy would have to pressurize the LaLiga side in order to sell the midfielder for £40-45 million in the summer.
Steven Bergwijn is the next player who could be leaving the club. The Dutch winger has more or less been used as a substitute. Hence a sale could be imminent in the summer
Ajax are reportedly interested in signing Steven Bergwijn in the summer. Tottenham Hotspur reportedly value the winger at £22m. Hence it has to be seen if they can get anything around that mark from the Eredivisie club.
The last player that Daniel Levy wants to sell is Pierre-Emile Hojberg. The Danish midfielder has been a fixture at Tottenham Hotspur since joining in 2020. Hence it is not known if Antonio Conte would want to see him leave.
Newcastle United are very interested in Pierre-Emile Hojberg. Hence Daniel Levy could orchestrate a deal with the Premier League club if they are looking to pay a “hefty” transfer fee in the summer.
