WATCH: MS Dhoni and Co shake a leg on Chennai Super Kings Team Anthem during pre-IPL shoot

With less than 10 days left before the 12th edition of the IPL kicks off in a grand manner, defending champions Chennai Super Kings seem to be in a pretty jolly mood with the arrival of their superstars. The three time champions will begin their title defense against against Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore in the season opener on March 23. The players seem to be in the right space of mind heading into the long summer with skipper MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav and Shardul Thakur joining the Yellow Army’s preparations for the upcoming season on Friday.

Senior players like Kedar Jadhav, MS Dhoni, Murali Vijay and Harbhajan Singh were spotted dancing to the tunes of the team anthem in a pre season shoot video shared from CSK’s official twitter handle. In the short video, Dhoni can be seen upping the volume with Harbhajan Singh leading the charge with his dance moves.

The 37 year old seemed to be enjoying himself to the fullest well complimented by Murali Vijay and Kedar Jadhav as the men in Yellow looked to have some fun away from the high pressure situations faced during tense encounters.

The defending champions staged a memorable comeback into the cash rich League after the two year ban served by the club following the infamous spot-fixing scandal of 2013. Big guns Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, Shane Watson and other senior players stepped up in crucial junctures o the tournament to ensure that Chennai made it to the playoffs for the 9th time, the joint most alongside Rohit Sharma led Mumbai Indians. The Yellow Army eventually lifted the title for the third time beating Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets in the final at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai to make it a fairytale comeback.
