Rishabh Pant became has been in all sorts of news due to his recent banter with Tim Paine in the last Test in MCG. He went into more highlights when Tim Paine’s better half posted a photo of the Indian wicket-keeper holding one of her children in his arms and captioning the photo as the ‘Best Babysitter’. This Babysitter banter was one of the notable incidents of the Boxing Day Test in MCG.
“Tell you what big MS is back in the one-day squad. Should get this bloke down to Hurricanes.They need a batter. Fancy that extend you Aussie holiday, beautiful town Hobart too… get him a water front apartment. Have him over for dinner. Do you babysit? I can take my wife to the movies while you watch the kids,” Paine had told Pant when he was batting.
Pant happily accepted the challenge from his counterpart and posed alongside Paine’s wife and children.
Now The IPL Franchise Rajasthan Royals has set a challenge for The Aussie Skipper. RR in their tweet has urged Tim Paine to come and watch their game against Mumbai Indians. Earlier, in the 3rd Test, Tim Paine had sledged Rohit Sharma and told that he was confused about whether he should support MI or RR.
“It’s a bit of a toss up between Royals and Indians for me. But if Rohit hits a six now, I’m changing to Mumbai,” Paine had said.
Rohit Responded saying that he will ask Mumbai Indians to buy Tim Paine if he scores a century in the Test.
