It is obvious that Saha will probably not play for India. This came after he himself learned about his status from the team management at the onset of the year.
Saha’s final Test match was against New Zealand in December 2021. He’s played in the IPL recently in addition to Test cricket. The 37-year-old opened the batting for the champions Gujarat Titans. Moreover, he did quite well for the reigning IPL champs.
